Claire was much calmer than I thought she would be.

I was much more anxious than I thought I would be. It was horrible watching her being taken away by the member of staff accompanying her even though I knew she'd be fine and taken care of.

What was a worry was the 1 hour delay in departure, but my brave wee girl had switched on her mobile to text us. I didn't think that she would think to do that but she did and that way we were able to keep in touch.
