Waitrose Sherry

I was very pleased with the customer service at Waitrose today. I bought a bottle of sherry for my trifles last week. On Saturday, I decided to to taste it (purely in the interest of research of course), poured a glass and then it registered that it wasn't sealed and didn't look quite full. I took it back today and they gave me another bottle and my money back. As they had only my word for it, I thought that was unbeatable service.
