Waiting

The queue at the sorting office must be the world's slowest moving phenomenon. They always have a small display of neatly-labelled parcels on the shelf behind the desk, I think these are just for show and the rest of the parcels are in an enormous unsorted pile "round the back" - it's the only logical explanation for the 10 minute intervals between each person being served.
I did like their fluffy pink christmas tree though.
