Fuchsia

Very wet and dull almost despaired of a blip today; until I noticed this Fuchsia bravely surviving the snow hail and rain we've had these past few days.

I'd just delivered a christmas present to an elderly lady in the 'end' block who cheerfully announced that she was going to Asda in an hours time; more power to her independence which she is so justly proud of at 81.
She makes me laugh she has never been married and says no man is getting her pension.
