Strawberry Frosting

A hard frost over the past few days has etched out some wonderful shapes on the allotment, so many it was difficult to choose.

I now have have 2 robins fighting over the plot, so it's difficult to get a good shot. They each only emerge from hiding long enough to grab a tasty morsel or two then scamper off. Every now and then, two blurs of brown and orange whizz past tchk, tchk, tchking as they try to establish ownership.
