Publishing Students
Students from Edinburgh Napier University today delivered a special edition of JM Barrie's classic 'Peter and Wendy' to Edinburgh's Royal Hospital for Sick Children. To celebrate the book's publishing centenary this year students on the University's MSc Publishing course have produced a new edition of the book with the permission of Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, to whom Barrie gave the copyright for his Peter Pan works in 1929. The special edition is not for sale and as well as the 100 copies delivered to the Sick Kids today, some will also be delivered to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital in London.
