Old
This blip has the most definitively tentative and tenuous Xmas connection.
It is an old granite plaque on the outside wall of the BonAccord shopping centre in Aberdeen.
It originally was on the wall of the Co-op arcade in Loch Street. It was a fabulous place that was allowed to be destroyed by unimaginative city planners in the sixties. One of many, many acts of vandalism that they still try an get off with today.
"But where is the Xmas link?" I hear you inquire.
Well, it was also, If my memory serves me well, the place where Aberdeen's very first Xmas Lights were erected.
