Looking towards the bridge

This is the view from the apartment we've just sold, to downsize to something more appropriate, that is, more of a bolt hole, and without a view, needless to say.

Spent the day looking at places open for inspection.  What a business!
I had to muster all my time management skills, as they're all open for such a short time.

Gone are the days of phoning an agent and then having a leisurely day inspecting.

I saw one I like, so will keep you posted.
Nothing's ever a certainty with Sydney real estate. It's crazy and seems immune from any world financial problems.
