Hard work known as Christmas prep

I have spent the entire day today writing Christmas cards and working on a certain gift for a certain party that never wants anything and this time did, and requested something seemingly simple, yet awfully difficult if you don't know what you are doing. Sorry for the annoying riddle; certain party follows my blip blog :)
