Scrapper

This little scrub jay was my companion for a portion of my walk through the Rhododendron Gardens today. He was not shy and he was willing to do almost anything for my peanuts. He took one out of my hand! I wish I could have had a picture of that, but it happened way too fast.

The highlight of the day came when a mallard lifted off from the ground and snatched a peanut out of my hand. He did this three times and I wish I could have had someone there taking pictures.

Tomorrow it is back to work and before you know it Christmas will be here. Have a good week blippers.
