It's a pub, surprisingly. JD Wetherspoon's in Luton, to be specific.

Nice and warm, on a very cold afternoon, this place made a good refuge while waiting for a bus home. JDW usually has nice "plant", and this was no exception. A good spiral staircase (see ViolaMath's version from Costa), and a nice copper hood over the open fire in the middle.

What's more, we didn't drink a drop, 'though some of the Guest Beers looked very tempting. There, that surprised you, I bet!
