Butterfly or moth?

Rainy day in the park today, but a good day for blips. I was sure this would be the one. Then I thought I would post the picture of Gulliver getting acquainted with Samantha, the new pup in the park. But I finally settled on the butterfly/moth. Now, can someone please tell me which it is? It's very small...probably a little larger than a quarter, but it caught my eye when it landed on the blossom.
