Patty cakes :)

I was going to mention what a lazy day today was, however, upon reflection, I was really quite productive! It's really only the last couple of hours that I've sat down to relax. There's just not enough days in the week to dedicate one to cleaning. There should be an extra "cleaning day" added to the week!

As previously mentioned, my baking collection was kick started by my wonderful secret santa, so I ducked to Sainsbury's to grab other essentials - hoping to do it cheaply... £50 later, I walked out with the essential + not-so-essential items.

I have spent the afternoon baking, which was quite a task in my small kitchen (not looking forward to doing the dishes!). I decided to have a go at cup cakes, which turned out delicious! I may have left them in the oven just a tiny wee bit too long, but they still turned out well. They are topped with butter cream icing, which I could just eat by the spoonful!

Now, we're sitting down relaxing, watching the NFL (my team are playing and they're not doing too well!) and eating cupcakes! :)
