Hooked!
This is Mark Crampton Smith, aka The Pikey, learning to live with the results of some over-enthusiastic fly casting in windy conditions. A fly buried in the cheek is not that uncommon. There's a way to release it without too much fuss but it's best to stand well back as soon as you rip it out. The most dangerous aspect of this procedure is collecting a punch from the victim.
