I'm sure it'll be lovely......

......when it's finished.....a few sprigs of holly, some festive twinkly lights and one of those animated ho-ho-hoing santas, oh yes, I can see it now.....

But this is the 9-month-old-3-house-refurb job over the back lane.....and unfortunately my front room doesn't look much better yet.....must press on........
