From Africa with love, peace and joy!

This is really Susan's. Her dad gave to her when he returned from a stint in The Gambia, several years ago.

It gives me such pleasure. It is so simple and is a poignant reminder of Christmas.

One day she will take it to her home and I will miss it. In the meantime, I will continue to display and enjoy it.

It sits on a table that my parentals gave me when they downsized. I love the table too!
