My fruit bowl

My question is why? But then I have often questioned Jake's behaviour on escapades, sleeping places and positions over the years - puddles and full bird baths usually raise the most eyebrows.

The fruit bowl does seem, on the surface, to be one of the tamest of his sleeping places but can I point out that he is sharing the fruit bowl with the power bill, 4 apples a shallot and a banana.
