End of an Adventure

My certificated came from the Bangor Mindfulness course I have now jacked in. I still get a Post Graduate Certificate though.

This time last year I was very excited about the whole thing. Seems like a long time ago now which is odd because Christmas seems like it was only yesterday.

Feeling ill for the third weekend in a row. Rotten cold. Blip requires that tiny bit of extra energy and is a struggle when you don't have it or the energy you do have is soaked up by work and family. But this is the cold talking...
