Ladysmith sawmill

At 3:30 this morning I drove 30 kilometers north to the town of Ladysmith. Ladysmith has its main street decorated with lights for Christmas. When I arrived there, I noticed that many of the Christmas scenes were not lit. I returned to my car to search for other sites. On the waterfront I drove past a sawmill where I stopped. I wandered about the log sorting site and from there I made my photographs.
