The trees on Chloe's left are conifers. The trees on her right are conifers too but they are larches which are the only deciduous conifers. This facinating piece of information was given us many years ago by the flat-mate of a friend. At the time we thought it was very funny, I can't think why. Perhaps we had been drinking...it must have been around Christmas time or we wouldn't have seen that the larches were deciduous. Anyway now you know that too (if you didn't already) and if you have been drinking maybe you will think it is funny as well.
