Marcathon day 17

Taximan has joined me on my running every day in December challenge, hes' been brilliant, much more of a challenge for him from a non runners start now on to 17 consecutive day of 25 minute runs in hail and high water - literally!!

Today we persuaded him to run parkrun and now he knows why I like it so much, friendly encouragement, a real sense of achievement and a nice coffee in the cafe afterwards.

Speedy didn't want to run - he's not a runner now you know he's a jumper! but did go back to run the last bit with his dad who finished with a smile on his face.
