Winter afternoon sunshine

Gorgeous winter sunshine looking out across the fields from Hampton Poyle.
I had just seen two sparrowhawks, they swooped low, one after another in front of the car. I hadn't been expecting that. Later I saw them perched nonchalantly each in their own tree at the edge of a road. Not a good place to stop for a blip, but the sun, trying to shed warmth in the bitter cold of the late afternoon was worth a capture.
