Boxing Pepper!

Worked 7.45am until 2.45pm non-stop so I could leave early to pick boys up on their last day of term. Watched Santa Claus the Movie! Hubby cooked chicken and rice while I did the dishwasher, tidied up and roasted a pepper as you do! The pepper had two babies inside and I think one looks like a boxing glove!

Too tired to do my Christmas cards tonight so will have to do them this weekend at some point!
