.....Oh Christmas tree...........

This is is the Boss' youngest brother....I've blipped him before.

He dropped in tonight to see us....ostensibly to come to the quiz with us....but then he dropped the bombshell.

He used to be a Royal Marine...now he's a Firefighter....but he's just taken a year's sabbatical....to work in marine security. Basically he's flying out tomorrow, to get aboard an oil tanker in the Indian Ocean....to guard it against pirates! Six weeks and then he'll be back home....and then off again somewhere.

He's going to be armed to the teeth....and he says there's nothing to worry about....but I know the Boss is concerned.

I don't know how I feel,......... I mean....... basically he's going to be a mercenary....but he's going to earn a fortune.

It a bit of a facer with Christmas just around the corner, he is putting himself in harm's way....but I'm sure he'll be ok.
