Photoshopping

Well I'm not actually using Photoshop, I'm using GIMP (which stands for GNU Image Manipulation Program) but I refused to have a journal title that was 'Gimping'!

I'd been asked by my sister to add a picture of one of my cousins into a group shot of us all to give as a Christmas present to my Grandma. We managed to get 6 of us together when we were in Darlington a couple of weeks ago but there was still one missing. Not surprising really when we're all spread between Inverness and Cambridge!

I'll admit I'd never done this kind of thing before. How anyone did anything new without Google or youtube I'll never know. It turned out pretty well actually and was, to my surprise, fairly easy once you knew the tricks.

On a random note I'd also like to share with you my amazingly detailed chocolate in my advent calendar this morning. I was very impressed!
