Morningside Library reopens!

My local library has been closed for about nine months while being refurbished. Today it reopened, so I had to have a look (and collect a book and a CD which I'd reserved, plus borrow another book which I spotted by chance). It's a beautiful building which is now much brighter and it has acquired community meeting rooms and toilets. I'm a great fan of the library service in Edinburgh - I often have the maximum number of loans (12). I reserve items online which I can then collect from my local library and I renew them online too. What's more, there is Library Elf which sends me emails when I need to renew books - that saves me a fortune in fines!
