Snowdrops!

It was bitterley cold today but I had to go out to deliver Christmas cards around the village and a little bit more shopping in Newmarket.

I went up to one of the local studs to drop off a card and I was amazed to see some snowdrops in flower. They looked so beautiful nodding their heads gently in the wind whilst the leaves rustled around them.

It was lovely to get home and to sit and toast my toes in front of the woodburner, a cup of tea and a mince pie - heaven.
