Cherry Surprise ...

at a friend's for a Christmas dinner tonight. The best of M&S. The turkey was juicy, the red cabbage was divine, the roasties were fluffy and crispy in all the right places, the stuffing was nutty and then there was desert ! Picture does not do it justice - my friends were in too much of a hurry to eat it to let me arrange suitable lighting. L served it with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate liquor - amazing. You gotta try this - I'm going to take one up to my mum's for Christmas.
