Deck the Halls

Welcome to my mish-mash!

Alleviating cabin fever by finally pulling out the box of Christmas decorations.

So many bits and baubles collected...can't help but indulge in a spot of nostalgia.

A few decorations that belonged to my great-grandmother are remarkably intact, and treasured.
Others gifted by friends or bought with family.
Have stopped buying new things now - must have covered almost every variable colour scheme and style.
This year...can't decide between extravaganza or simplicity. Dilemmas, dilemmas

Also a bit distracted by half watching BBC2 reconstruction of the life of Leonardo da Vinci - half working ....so that only leaves the, um third half for mulling over the decs.

Really do need to get out of here!

Heading out tomorrow, come hell or highwater.
