Butterfly lighting.....

Been on a studio lighting workshop tonight with Welshot imaging.
We learned about various lighting techniques using only one studio light.
We did Rembrandt lighting, split lighting and butterfly lighting.

The dark shadow under his nose looks like a butterfly shape hence the name,
Butterfly lighting technique.

........and I thought it was a hairy caterpillar!
