My wee school had their church show today - fabulous and what a wealth of talent!

Back to school for mince pies, shortie and coffee - and a big enterprise "make and sell". Gingerbread men to eat, chocolate gingerbread men, a huge gingerbread house being raffled and the loveliest gingerbread men tree decorations made of clay. Here is my guy - almost at the top of the tree. I love him.

That little lot brought in £75 and then there were hand painted and stencilled clay pots filled with soil and spring bulbs , school tea towels and funmats - coasters, place mats, pictures in frames, bags and mouse mats. That lot brought in£200. The raffle captured a further £85...

What a wonderful afternoon of great singing and acting, real friendship and support and a huge enterprise success for the kids.

Two items they want to purchase in the January sales (shrewd bunch!) - a smoothie maker and a cake pop maker. Further extortion being planned I fear!! Great fun!
