What a 24 hours!

What with the bridge closed, electricity going off, coming home to a freeeeeezzzing cold house and then getting woken up when the electricity went on at 5am, you can imagine I was not in a good humour.

Less so when I discovered my washing machine is leaking and Lois came home with the sole hanging off her new school boot!!!
