An artistic ticket machine?

I thought they were just for revenue raising. Apparently if you paint some stuff on it, it becomes a piece of street art. This is one of the odd little things you will find around the city of Adelaide. We have lots of it.

I saw this guy the other day and thought it was actually kind of cool! And would be a great blip for the day :)
