Showplace

A few blocks from my house is a very short street where the neighbors all vie for the fanciest Christmas display each year.

They haven't reached the point where they are spending months and thousands of dollars getting ready and I'm glad for that. They're just right to grab your attention without being obviously over-the-top.

I'll post more of the neighborhood as we get closer to Christmas.
