Being the Nativity star is very hard work, what with all those kings and shepherds to lead, Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus to shine over and to stay 'twinkly' through two whole shows - it was very tiring.

As a parent it was just wonderful seeing all those little four year old trying their best to remember their bits while fidgeting endlessly - just what Christmas Nativities are all about!
