The Cap With The Elephants On

I went to work this morning thinking I could tidy up a few things ahead of a little change I have to make before we hand over the project tomorrow. A day where I would be busy but not madly so. I read my first email at ten to 8.

The next time I looked up it was after 2 in the afternoon. And the reason I looked up was because my computer locked me out (without ctrl, alt, del) and said I had to enter my password. So I tried that but I noticed that when I pressed one particular key I didn't get an asterisk. I tried all the keys and 2 didn't type a character. Both of which were in my password.

30 minutes later I had a functioning keyboard (with apologies to whomever I borrowed it from) and set about finishing what I had worked on in the morning. I got it finished at pretty much bang on 6. I was shattered.

This was followed by dinner out with my company. That was a lot of fun but I'm too tired to talk about it now. I think I'm lucky to have found a company like them. Really good people.
