Patterns in wool

It has been another busy day but I shall not complain about that. If the shop is not busy at this time of year we might as well pack up and go home. So time was getting on in this evening and I had just rushed around to the nursing home as my mother was fretting that I had not visited her yet. I wondered where today's blip would come from and then I spotted her hand knitted shawl over the back of a chair, with it's bold patterns and vibrant colours. I wonder what that would look like in a photo, I thought...
