Lions in the Park

Promised a picture of a lion so today we took a drive to the local lion park in Fourways. I haven't been there for years and wasn't disappointed. First was the petting farm and besides being able to pet the baby lions you could feed the giraffes which was a great hit, couldn't believe the size of their tongues. It was midday and very hot so most of the lions were sleeping in the shade but caught a few in action. Was very grateful that my car broke down last night and had to hire one today and this one has AIRCON, so didn't mind driving around all day!

Then onto stables for some very hot riding and now daughters fast to sleep! I would be too if I hadn't taken over 300 photos and need to sort through them.
