No more primary school

It was Maddy's last day of primary school. To celebrate her finishing we took her for lunch. She got to choose where we went and was desperate to go to Meadowood. Unfortunately, when we got there, we discovered that they are closed for the next five weeks or so. As it's a family run business every summer they take their kids for ab RV holiday in the US.

Her second choice was Izzi which is just round the cornerfrom Meadowood and is also very good. I was disappointed not to get my hot and sour soup but on the plus side I god a big selection of vegetarian sushii. Maddy got the chow mein she was desperate for and Rozfound something she liked so it was all good.

After that we had visitors this evening and ended up getting an indian take away. A fairly relaxed day all in all.
