It's that pfeffernüsse time of year...

So, it being nearly Christmas I decided it was about time to set about the annual pfeffernüsse baking task. This year I made double quantities and managed to undercook them slightly - just means they're more chewy than I would have preferred. But they're still really nice, so I'm not really complaining.

I am, however, slightly perturbed that most of my blips seem to be about food or drink...
