political graffiti (excessive language used)

Apologies for the rude language. Saw this in town and I'm not sure what to make of it.

I get the irony of the last bit as the Swiss have a problem with the popular right wing groups and I get that the invitation for refugees contradicts the right wing message of the patriots. What I don't get is why the hostility to visitors/tourists?! Even those who are in CH on short term contracts of a few years have up to 25% of thier earnings taxed at the source, thereby benefiting the system, so why the anger?
