Prawns trousers

After a successful afternoon at the hospital in Montpellier (phew!) we decided to celebrate with a fish supper. Prawns, salmon, runner beans and divine sauteed potatoes. The prawn heads get chucked in the bin but the tails and shells get chucked in the dogs. We call them prawns trousers and the dogs ADORE them.
