Indoor amusement

It is pissing it down. No other way to describe the manky weather. We had a wet walk last night, a wet walk this morning and...you guessed it, a wet walk tonight. Rather a brief one mind you, it seems that the three of us weren't really in the mood to get soaked through the the skin.

So...out came the new indoor game...Pippa's new sparkly glitter ball "with a difference". It's one of those balls that bounces in all sorts of random directions. Pippa loves it.

Lottie is a spoil sport...with a mouth as soft as Cruella de Ville, I'm concerned she might bite through it and cover herself and the sunroom floor in glittery liquid. She is banned from the game, leading to much moaning and paw stamping like a terrible two year old. Game over.

Pippa sulks. Lottie gives a cheeky smirk. Mummy goes back to the laptop and researching the art of "flipping classrooms".

Normal service resumed.
Bugger off rain, we need to get out and play!
