Fish head

Sorry for the gruesome style of todays photo, found this in the middle of a field near Corwen in Wales. I believe it is a salmon's head and it was actually as large as a size 9 shoe. I would guess it was taken by a bird of prey and then devoured in safety away from the river. Otters also a possibility i guess but my money is on a bird
