Get your skates on

A cold and very sunny day in Montpellier today. We had breakfast, and walked. We had coffee, and walked. We bought delicious tartines in the Christmas market for lunch, ate them while sitting on a bench, then walked some more. Spotted these beauties hanging outside an antique shop in the old part of the city and thought they made a perfect seasonal image. If they had been rollerblades we might have used them to get back to the hotel for some rest.

In the evening we met up with our good friends Lizzie (blipname 5000vines) and Ali (blipname BrodieB). They used to live in Brighton and have now made a new life in the Languedoc. If you go to BrodieB's journal for 10 December you can see us out for dinner together.
