Journal
A bit of a delayed blip, but this is the journal my counsellor got me. So far I've done a basic daily write up of what I've done, how I've felt, and what happened that was good as my brain only tends to remember the bad things. I'm hoping these memories will help me realise I do have some good moments.
Depression sucks.
