Straight Up

I am very lucky. But burdened.

This weekend has mainly consisted of being indilged while I pretended to enjoy Christmas shopping, a Christmas party, meeting friends, making and scoffing a glorious bread and butter pudding, gaming, and enjoying the company of my family! Lucky indeed!

And on top of that, I had to make a tough decision in the pub tonight. Should I take water with my Talisker or not? Only scientific study, and an empirical fact-finding study would allow me to answer that conundrum with satisfactory rigour. So I tried both ways.

The result? It appears a lack of statistical data requires a repeat of the experiment enough times to build a more appropriate sample size. The location, time, temperature, and ambient lighting also need to be removed as potentially influencing factors.

I shall shoulder this burden that you don't have to!
