Sunday: The Brewer's Water

And, of course, no trip to Dublin would be complete with a tour of the Guinness factory, Ireland's premier tourist spot - and you can see why - the Victorian factories alone are worth seeing.

A free pint of Guinness at the end of the tour too!  I went to Dublin this weekend thinking I didn't like Guinness - I have come back quite converted.

And this is the water used in the brewing process, straight from the Wicklow Mountains - not the River Liffey as commonly believed.
