Disappearing Mountains
Today was eventful. After the morning routine, I went over to the prospect apartment to turn in the applications, we will be moving there during mid-July. It's right at the end of foothills that ascends to the Catalina Mountains, which gives us the awesome view. The apartments sit on top of a big hill that overviews Tucson (thus the name Valley View).
Then I went back to the UA campus for a job interview, the monsoon loomed over us and started booming the thunders while we were talking (with the interviewer). I think that gave me an effect of speaking like Zeus. Unfortunately for me, it started to downpour like Niagara Fall while I was already outside walking toward my truck.
Then twice the muffler tail fell down so I had to grab the flat metal foil with holes in it for the screws, and bring it up. The first time the hole I used to wrap the foil around was too rustic, so it broke off. Then the 2nd time was during another downpour and I was already in different (clean and dry) clothes, and I was already on the road so I had to pull over into a parking lot. So much for staying dry all day.
I also backblipped for yesterday as well.
I found a couple pictures I had forgotten about. So it's backblip to June June 17th.
