Ladies that crunch then brunch...

I've mentioned previously that I go to the gym on Sunday's before zooming off for cake... Well today we had christmas brunch together...

I'm lucky enough to share the class with a bunch of fun, intelligent, talented ladies, so today we headed off after class for some top nosh and chat... the full array of pictures are here

Here's our little gang with Stevie our instructor... He manages to make torturous things with body bars and swiss balls, seem like a fun and reasonable thing to do on a sunday morning... Although today he had come up with a new type of stomach crunch which was pretty brutal... however the full cooked breakfast afterwards did help to ease the suffering...
